Each person may create only one account. Operating multiple accounts is considered a breach of these terms, and 950ok reserves the right to suspend or close any or all such accounts.

1.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

950ok may at any time request your National ID (NID), passport, or other documents to verify your identity. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete. Providing false information will result in immediate account closure and the balance may be forfeited.

1.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Report any unauthorized access to your account to our support team immediately. Sharing or transferring account credentials to any third party is strictly prohibited.

950ok processes transactions only through approved payment methods available in Bangladesh. All payments are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳).

3.1 Approved Payment Methods

Account verification (KYC) must be completed before a withdrawal request can be made. Withdrawals will be sent only to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless there are exceptional circumstances. 950ok reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawals in the case of any suspicious transaction.

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 in bets must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

• 2 Betting against yourself using bonus funds (arbitrage) is prohibited.
• 3 If 950ok detects any bonus abuse, it reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the relevant account.

5.1 Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

950ok does not guarantee acceptance of all bets. The platform reserves the right to cancel bets accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error. Bets cannot be changed or cancelled after an event has started, unless 950ok specifically permits it.

5.2 Event Cancellation or Postponement

If a sporting event is cancelled or takes place more than 72 hours after its scheduled time, the original stake for the relevant bet will be refunded. For live betting, if an event is cancelled mid-way, the result may be determined based on the score at that point.

5.3 Maximum Winnings Limit

A maximum winnings limit may apply per bet or game type. These limits can be found on the relevant page or by contacting the support team.
